SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the SMSLocate text-messaging program operated by Lumisha LLC ("SMSLocate", "we", "us"). By providing your mobile number to your company and receiving messages through SMSLocate, you agree to these terms.

Program description

SMSLocate sends operational, transactional logistics messages to freight drivers on behalf of their trucking company. Messages include load and dispatch assignments, requests for current location and estimated time of arrival, delivery and status updates, and requests for proof-of-delivery photos. This is not a marketing or promotional program.

How you enroll

Drivers are enrolled when they provide their mobile phone number to their company as part of driver onboarding and employment and agree to receive operational SMS messages about their work assignments. Consent is tied to your working relationship with the company.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, provide your consent to your company again or reply START.

Carriers

Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
